Individualized Education Plan

We take curriculum based measurement data, historical data, student and family interests as well as assessment results to create a truly individualized education plan that is reflective of the student as a whole. This golden thread of the present levels of performance permeates the remaining IEP so that it is all held together meeting state and and federal standards.

Prior Written Notices

We take care of creating prior written notices for meetings, special education services implementation, and IEPs as well as amendments to communicate all important legal requirements to team members and families.

Transition Services

We write meaningful transition planning for students with IEPs to prevent the employment gap for students with disabilities upon graduation. This planning begins at age 14 so team members can help students focus on their short term and long term employment planning.

Evaluations and Eligibility Reporting

We conduct academic evaluations virtually and write the accompanying eligibility reporting to share at initial eligibility meetings and triennial reevaluations to help IEP teams determined continued special education services for each student.

Behavior Intervention Plans

We collect functional behavioral assessment data and create a meaningful behavior intervention plan to reduced socially significant behaviors which interfere with a students access to the educational environment. We work with your team to create meaningful behavior change protocols and reinforcement practices for desired behaviors.

Professional Development and Coaching

We provide high quality professional development and coaching to service providers to enhance their practices, ensure outcomes and increase retention in the field. We meet with teams regularly to teach appropriate IEP goal based progress monitoring and effective data collection. Combined with instructional coaching to enhance our comprehensive approach transforms special education outcomes for students and creates professionals dedicated to data driven instructional procedures.
